2.1 Age Requirement. 2.3 Registration Accuracy. When creating an Account, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 Single Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active ahh8 Account. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ahh8 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All related accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited upon discovery.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ahh8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. You are fully liable for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, except where ahh8 is shown to have been negligent.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify ahh8 support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your Account. Notification should be made via the 24/7 live chat support channel within the Platform or by emailing [email protected]. ahh8 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use prior to notification.
3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your ahh8 Account is strictly personal. You may not sell, transfer, gift, or otherwise assign your Account or any funds within it to any other person. Any such transfer renders the Account subject to immediate suspension.
3.4 Maintaining Updated Information. You are responsible for keeping your Account information current. If your contact details, payment information, or identification documents change, you must update your Account accordingly. ahh8 is not liable for errors or delays arising from outdated Account information.
4.1 Verification Requirement. ahh8 is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You agree to complete the KYC process when requested. Refusal or failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by ahh8 may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access.
4.2 Acceptable Documents. To satisfy KYC requirements, you may be required to submit one or more of the following: a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or PhilSys National ID); a recent proof of residential address issued within the last three months; proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., screenshot of GCash account in your name); and/or a selfie photograph alongside your presented ID document.
4.3 Enhanced Due Diligence. ahh8 reserves the right to require enhanced verification for accounts with unusual transaction patterns, high-volume deposits or withdrawals, or where there is reason to suspect the account is being used contrary to these Terms or applicable law. Enhanced due diligence may include additional documentation or a review period during which withdrawals may be temporarily held.
5.1 Approved Payment Methods. ahh8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The Platform reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time with notice to affected players.
5.2 Own-Name Rule. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Similarly, withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own name. ahh8 enforces this rule to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and to protect players from fraudulent activity.
5.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds may be updated by ahh8 with reasonable notice and will be reflected in the Cashier section of the Platform at all times.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of request approval. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 business hours on business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, pending KYC review, or where a withdrawal triggers additional security review. ahh8 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by the recipient payment provider.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal of Real Money Balance requires a completed KYC verification. Withdrawal of funds derived from a Bonus Balance requires that applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. ahh8 reserves the right to conduct reasonable checks on withdrawal requests and may request additional verification documentation before releasing funds.
5.6 Dormant Account Balances. Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ahh8 will attempt to notify the Player at their registered email address before any dormancy administration fee applies. The applicable dormancy fee, if any, will be disclosed in the Cashier policy section of the Platform.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. ahh8 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance unless explicitly stated otherwise and are subject to individual wagering requirements and terms that accompany each specific offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. The wagering requirement for any given bonus specifies the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance. 6.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not activated within their stated validity period will expire automatically. Active Bonus Balances that have not met their wagering requirements within the bonus validity period will be removed from the account without replacement. 7.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the ahh8 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently certified for fairness. ahh8 does not alter game outcomes. 7.2 Technical Malfunctions. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any way commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from ahh8.
10.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, mirror, frame, or otherwise extract content from the ahh8 Platform for any purpose. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software used in connection with the Platform.
11.1 Disclaimer. The ahh8 Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While ahh8 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.
11.2 Gaming Losses. ahh8 expressly disclaims any liability for financial losses incurred through gameplay on the Platform. All games involve risk, and the Player assumes full responsibility for all wagers placed. Past performance or winnings do not guarantee future results.
11.3 Technical Failures. ahh8 is not liable for losses arising from your own technical failures, including internet connection interruptions, device malfunctions, power outages, or software conflicts on your end. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable connection before commencing a gaming session.
11.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, ahh8's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Grounds for Suspension. ahh8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms or any Platform policy; (b) suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering activity; (c) receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute relating to the Account; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (e) discovery that the Account is being operated by a person under 21 years of age; (f) operation of the Account by a self-excluded Player; (g) receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or other competent authority.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination for cause, ahh8 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance in the Account. Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player after deduction of any applicable fees, verified costs of investigation, and amounts owed to ahh8, provided the Player has passed KYC and no legal hold or regulatory freeze applies.
12.3 Voluntary Closure. Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting ahh8 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and the minimum withdrawal amount. Any active Bonus Balance will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
13.1 Data Collection. ahh8 collects personal data from Players in connection with account registration, KYC verification, financial transactions, and gameplay activity. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the ahh8 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
13.2 Philippine Data Privacy Act. ahh8 processes personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of your personal data held by ahh8. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for the full scope of your data rights and how to exercise them.
13.3 PAGCOR Reporting. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, ahh8 is required to report certain player activity data to PAGCOR and, where applicable, to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. By using the Platform, you consent to such reporting as required by applicable law.
14.1 Right to Amend. ahh8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered email address and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amendment takes effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

In the first instance, any dispute between a Player and ahh8 relating to the operation of the Platform, game outcomes, bonus administration, or account management should be submitted to ahh8 support via the 24/7 live chat or email at [email protected]. ahh8 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
15.3 Unresolved Disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the Player and ahh8 within fifteen (15) business days of submission, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's player complaint process. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.
15.4 Jurisdiction. Where legal proceedings are necessary, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
