7.2 Account Data. Personal data associated with your ahh8 Account is retained for the duration of the account's existence and for a period of five (5) years following the permanent closure of the Account. This retention period satisfies PAGCOR record-keeping obligations and the requirements of RA 9160 relating to AMLC record retention.
7.3 KYC Documents. Identity verification documents are retained for a period of five (5) years following the closure of the Account to which they relate, as required by applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
7.4 Transaction Records. Deposit, withdrawal, and gaming transaction records are retained for five (5) years following the date of the transaction, consistent with PAGCOR requirements and generally applicable financial record-keeping obligations.
